Updated Final Requisition Form
for Cooperative Purchasing 2010 – 2011 Now Available
An updated Final Requisition Form has been placed in the Cooperative Purchasing section of our website to reflect a recent vendor change. The new document is CP1011 FRF - v4.00 and is available for use now. Orders using previous versions of the FRF are being reviewed and affected schools will be contacted by SES. As always, should you have any questions about this or any other SES issue, do not hesitate to call the SES office.

Instructions, forms, and related materials have been posted to this website for the SES 2010 – 2011 Cooperative Purchasing Program. Members should begin using this program in preparation for orders for the next school year. This is just a reminder that the Bid Price for White Paper is only good until September 1, 2009! Other Bid Prices are officially only good until October 1, 2009.

Aspire to Inspire Evaluation Report Posted
The Aspire to Inspire Conference Evaluation Report was completed and distributed to the board last month. It has been posted here in case anyone wishes to look at it, but be prepared for a large download! The report is 259 pages and the pdf file is well over 40mb!

Aspire to Inspire Evaluation Forms Posted
Please follow the following link to find the evaluation forms for the Aspire to Inspire Conference. Please remember to fill out ALL THREE FORMS, one for each session.
Aspire to Inspire Evaluation Forms
Regarding Conference Evaluations and Participation Certificates:
1 – There is no “hard copy” of evaluation forms this year. All evaluations are done online at the same website used for registration. We placed a link at the top of the home page of our website (link below).
2 – You have until midnight next Friday (March 27th) to complete all three evaluation forms. (They are simple radio button responses with an optional spot to add a text message.)
3 – Your Participation Certificate will be emailed to the email address you have on file with us from the registration, i.e., you do not have to “download” the certificate anywhere.
4 – Participation Certificates will be emailed sometime AFTER the evaluation process is over, probably during the week of March 29th.
5 – If there are problems with the email address we have on file for you, please provide a working email address for us to use.

Cooperative Purchasing 2009 – 2010 Program Updated
Three weeks after our “final” bid contact with vendors and a week after our program launch, a few vendors made some changes. Additionally, previously saved print areas have been removed to make printing easier. You can identify this version by the title in cell A3. It now reads: 2009/2010 FINAL REQUISITION FORM v305, where the 305 stands for the date.
